Refund Policy

At Marco Voletti, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations with respect to returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards for the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refund requests for most physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Exceptions that are not eligible for return or refund include:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at purchase)

  • Items not in original condition or with missing parts

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)

  • Hygienic items that have been opened

2. Additional Rights by Region

United Kingdom & European Union

  • You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

  • You must notify us within 14 days and return the items within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Unless your item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.


Australia

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

New Zealand

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please wait for confirmation and instructions before sending any item back. Items sent without authorization may not be eligible for refund.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are for the product cost only unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by local consumer laws.

5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@marcovoletti.com with a description and photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

6. International Orders

  • Defective/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to refusal or incorrect address, we may deduct original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee 

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team so we can resolve the issue directly.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date above.
