We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day.
    All other orders ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

All timeframes are estimates and do not include customs clearance delays.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • US: Domestic orders – no import duties.

  • UK/EU: Duties & VAT may be collected at checkout if Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or on delivery if Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). 

  • AU/NZ: GST may be collected at checkout or by customs depending on order value. 

Tracking Your Order
 You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier errors.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • Undeliverable packages returned to us may incur re-shipping fees.
